Shipping Area

We currently ship to the United States (mainland only).

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Most orders arrive within 5 business days. Larger items may occasionally
take up to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier schedule.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States — no minimum required.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your delivery status anytime.

Transit Protection

All orders are fully insured during transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet every estimated delivery window, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any delay affects your order.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. Petsy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
