Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Cancellations

  • Cancelled within 24 hours of ordering: Full refund, no questions asked
  • Cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment: Full refund minus a $15 processing fee
  • Cancelled after shipment: Please follow the standard return process below

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Perishable or hazardous goods

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at petsyglobal@gmail.com with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Refund Timeline
